Always have fresh greens availible in a bowl for the whole day everyday because its very good for them, some don’t like it but if you persist they try it once and when they get hungry they eat it and eventually get used to it :)

Fresh greens daily like mustard, collard, turnip and dandelion greens, If you cant find 3 of those 4 greens to offer daily you can sub with endive, escrole or arugoula. With insects, about 6-8 crickets a day is all that is needed. Pellets when fed a diet like this honestly do not need to be offered.
