The smallest tank for a hatchling/juvenile (under 8″) is a 20 gallon long, but personally I’d go with a 40 gallon breeder. Anything smaller and the temperatures cannot be regulated.
I’d suggest researching your animal, as the more research you do the more you learn.

Humidity should be low, around 50% or less. Usually, whatever your ambient room humidity is fine.
Temps should be measured with a digital indoor/outdoor therm with a probe. The probe should be directly on the basking spot. This temp should be 100-110. The base unit should sit in the coolest side of the tank. This temp should be 78-82.
If you start with a bigger tank (like the 40 gal breeder) you might want to divide it. Babies can be intimidated by the big open space, and it make it harder for them to catch their live prey.
